Chicken Alfredo {yum yum}

Ok women! We know an awesome, quick, easy, fabulous meal is hard to come by. So here's some help!!!

One package of Penne pasta
2 bottles of Ragus Alfredo sauce
Parmesan cheese
Chicken breasts!
Shredded cheese

I used three small chicken breasts! Threw them in the microwave for 8 minutes (everyone's microwave is different)  with your favorite seasoning,  dice chicken. I used lemon pepper, season all, and McCormicks smokehouse maple chicken seasoning.
Put chicken and Alfredo sauce in a sauce pan to simmer.

Cook penne pasta {by instructions}

The trick to a good pasta is having olive oil and salt in the boiling water. Why? The pasta won't stick!

Next have your 9 x 13 pan ready layering the bottom with Parmesan. Spoon a layer of the Alfredo sauce and chicken mix on the bottom of the pan so the noodles don't stick to the bottom and burn.

Next pour in penne noodles

Next poor the rest of the Alfredo sauce mix on top if the noodles. Best tip- this is where you cover the pasta in parmesan. Don't  be shy with it because this will give your alfredo it's flavor. Otherwise it will be bland. Add shredded cheese and bake at 400 for 18 minutes.

Here are some pics of the progress

Cooked and diced chicken..

Sauce and chicken

Bottom layer

Parmesan and chicken Alfredo spooned into bottom of the pan for a 'burning' barrier

Add cooked penne pasta!!

Parmesan covering cooked penne pasta

The rest of the sauce covering the pasta with more parm.

Baking/ melting the cheese. This is where your flavor will bake into the pasta. The parm will make the sauce thicker and have just enough salt you won't need to add any (unless you prefer it)

Baked and cooling for 5 minutes

And viola!!!!! Delicious easy chicken Alfredo! Be careful you may like it better than { olive gardens }!

Adding greens and reds to your plate will make it more desirable. But lets get real! This is plenty of food for a big man!!

ENJOY!!!!!

{much love!!}
