Chair {chevron} make over!!

Yes, 11:30. Can't sleep, so I decide to blog! Smart?! Probably not! Sorry for the grammatical/punctuation/English errors. Welcome to mommy brain late at night.

First off, {I know} I have been on this chevron kick! It's a love - hate relationship. Let me explain. My OCD issues make it VERY difficult. I have to have straight lines. I have to have it look just right. Using a measuring tape is a pain in my old rose. And doing the chevron period is TIME CONSUMING!!

Figuring, taping, figuring, drawing, figuring, cutting, peeling, painting, and distressing. Wow! That's a lot of figuring! But what a great way to take those simple, lovely, almost boring chairs and livening it up a bit! Here come the pics!

{this was my first EVER attempt to do chevron painting}

Before

Taping.... Figuring!

More peeling, then Distressing
